Aegis Energy Services, Inc., an innovative Combined Heat and Power (CHP) company based in Holyoke, MA, was a featured presenter at the 25th City Convention Center on April 9 and 10.

Dale Desmarais, Director of Sales and Marketing for Aegis Energy Services, Inc. delivered the keynote address at the New Technologies Breakfast. The presentation was titled “Resiliency: Collecting State and Federal Incentives while Reducing Energy Costs & Providing Standby Power.”
Aegis Energy’s Combined Heat and Power systems deliver two forms of energy, heat and electricity, from a single fuel source (natural gas). The high-efficiency CHP systems significantly reduce energy costs and harmful emissions, as recognized by the EPA.
The modular systems are customized for a variety of facilities, from healthcare and assisted living facilities, to recreational and multi-residential complexes, and hotels. There are also institutional, educational, and industrial facility applications.
The company is noted for utilizing both energy analysts and financial analysts to spot trends in energy markets, analyze the potential of CHP sites, and identify and obtain grants for prospective clients.
